Toyota, Nissan and Honda agree on details of joint support for hydrogen infrastructure development
Toyota Motor Corporation, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., and Honda Motor Co., Ltd. have agreed on key details regarding a new joint support project for the development of hydrogen station infrastructure in Japan. In addition to partially covering the operating costs of hydrogen stations, the three automakers have also agreed to help infrastructure companies deliver the best possible customer service and create a convenient, hassle-free refueling network for owners of fuel cell vehicles (FCVs).

After an incident-packed race, Antonio Felix da Costa (Amlin Aguri) won the Argentinian event, which also saw displays of models from the Renault ZE range and the first ever Formula E School Series race.

Sustainable Mobility Institute: a shared platform that has worked to co-build the future of mobility in the last five years

Renault, the Renault Foundation and ParisTech celebrated the fifth birthday of the Sustainable Mobility Institute on November 27th, 2014.

Renault, the Renault Foundation and ParisTech decided in 2009 to create a multi-disciplinary platform to co-lead research work on the future of transport and mobility solutions.

The aim of the platform is to carry out academic analysis and test innovative solutions while ensuring real-life outlets for innovations and their wide-scale rollout potential. The overarching goal is to meet the global challenges currently facing carmakers, including global warming, ecosystem re-organization adapted to electric mobility, growing urbanization and the corresponding traffic congestion problems, and the conditions for success for new mobility solutions.

Production begins at Nissan's fifth plant in China

Nissan’s joint venture in China with Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company, today began production at its latest plant located in Dalian City. The Dalian plant in northeast China is Nissan’s fifth plant in the country. Nissan’s other production bases are in Huadu in Guangzhou, Xiangyang and Zhengzhou.
